ok kali ni i nak ckp pasal keyakinan diri(for female only) i thnk ramai budak perempuan kat malaysia ni mempunyai daya keyakinan diri yang agak rendah..just like me:)
so thres a few ways yg korang boleh pakai untuk kembalikan keyakinan pada diri masing2 including me.
ok 1st step: tarik nafas dalam2 dan hembus secara berperingkat..
2nd step:selawat la macha! hahhaha
3rd step:fikir yg korang adalah yg terhebat bukan yg termundur ok?
